The Service is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and for business and organizational users. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to enter into these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the entity you represent.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Instant Command is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
Instant Command provides tools that allow authorized users to remotely execute commands and perform certain actions on computers and other devices that they control or are authorized to manage. This includes, for example, running scripts, issuing PowerShell commands, installing or managing software, and viewing related logs and status information.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and legal authority to control and manage any device on which you install our software or through which you use the Service.
Some features of the Service are made available on a paid subscription basis. The specific features, limits, and pricing for each subscription plan are described on our website or in your account portal and may be updated from time to time.
We use third-party payment processors, such as Stripe, to handle billing and payment information. By providing a payment method, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge all applicable fees to your selected payment method on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as otherwise specified), including any applicable taxes.
You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service.
Unless otherwise stated in your plan, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current rate. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the provided account or billing portal or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods.
Except where required by law, fees paid are non-refundable. Certain plans or promotions may include additional refund terms, which will be stated at the time of purchase and prevail over this clause where applicable.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and, where applicable, any separate Software License Agreement, Instant Command grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our software agents or desktop components solely to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

We reserve the right to investigate and, where appropriate, refer suspected misuse of the Service to law enforcement or other authorities.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the Privacy Policy.
The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party services and providers, such as payment processors (e.g., Stripe), email providers (e.g., Zoho/ZeptoMail), hosting providers (e.g., DigitalOcean), and analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics).
Your use of such third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. Instant Command is not responsible for third-party services and does not control their content or practices.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, including the addition or removal of features, content, or functionality. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of changes that materially impact your use of the Service.
These Terms remain in effect while you access or use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, or terminate these Terms with respect to you, at any time and for any reason, including if we reasonably believe that:

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE FROM ERRORS OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY DATA OR CONTENT WILL BE SECURE OR NOT OTHERWISE LOST OR DAMAGED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL INSTANT COMMAND, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES OR LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Instant Command, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you and Instant Command consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice (such as posting a notice on our website or sending an email). Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may freely assign these Terms.
These Terms, together with any additional agreements or policies referenced herein (including the Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Instant Command regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
